We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you would like a refund, please read our policy and follow the instructions if you qualify for a return.
Returns Policy
The returned item must be sent back within 14 days. Send details and photos (if required) to therainbowdropboutique@gmail.com
Unfortunately we are not able to provide free returns so you are responsible for the costs of return postage which will need to be fully tracked and signed for
Clothes must be returned with all tags attached. They must be free from stains, marks, pulls, perfume or odours
Clothes must be returned in the same packaging received
Clothes must be returned within the 14 day time frame
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for clothes that appear to have been worn or intentionally defected. If clothes are returned in this state they will to be returned to you

We do not offer exchanges so if you would like another size or style please return and reorder
Refund Process & Turnaround
Please allow up to 30 days to check and process your refund
You will receive an email once your refund has been confirmed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used
If you are exchanging your item (international customers only) you are only eligible for one exchange per item
Faulty Items
If you believe your item please get in touch immediately and no later than 5 days from delivery
Faulty items must be unworn and unaltered and returned to us within 10 days
